**Rentals (Plus NH Lodging Tax of 8%)

Deluxe cabins (shown above) are located near the lake. Each cabin comes with one bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds, a living area with futon, kitchenette (with microwave, two-burner stove, and 5 cu. ft. refrigerator), bath with shower, loft, cable TV, porch, picnic table, charcoal grill, stone fireplace, and ceiling fan. The deluxe cabin is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and pillows. You need only to bring your linens and toiletries.

** Sorry, no pets allowed at the rental units and no smoking allowed in the rental units.

Rustic cabins (shown above) are located on a wooded, waterview site. The cabins sleep four. They have a double bed, bunk beds, small refrigerator, microwave, bureau, and cable TV hookup. Each cabin includes picnic table, charcoal grill, and stone fireplace.

**Rentals (Plus NH Lodging Tax of 8%)

Our cottage (shown above) is an older structure which has been recently renovated. The cottage sleeps six. It comes with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a set of bunk beds), a living area with a sleep sofa, kitchen and dining area with stove and refrigerator, bath with shower, cable TV, porch, picnic table, charcoal grill, and stone fireplace. The cottage is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and pillows. You need only to bring your linens and toiletries.

Please bring your own linens and toiletries.
$50 security deposit due at time of check-in for all rentals. May be paid by cash or credit card.
$50 is refunded by mail if rental is clean and undamaged.
Camper liability is not limited to the security deposit.
Two night minimum stay in rentals.
Deluxe cabins and cottage are rented weekly during July and August.

Rates are based upon 2 adults and up to 3 children under the age of 18.
Children under the age of 3 are free. Each additional child is $3.00 per night.
Each additional adult is $12.00 per night.
Maximum of 4 adults per site or rental unit per night.

Group Camping

Check-in / Check-out

Half day fee charged for early check-in (before 2:00PM) or late check-out (after 1:00PM.)
Office closes at 9:00PM. For arrivals after 9:00PM, call to make late arrival arrangements.
No arrivals after 11:00PM.
$10.00 security gate card deposit (refunded at time of departure.)

Visitor Fees, Reservations and Cancellation Policy

Visitor Fees
9:00AM - 9:00PM - $6.00 per adult, $3.00 per child.
No day visitors allowed after 8:00PM.
Fee is refundable when visitors leave within one hour.

Reservations
All payments are due within 7 days to guarantee reservation.
Full payment required for two nights and holiday weekends.
50% payment due for stays of 3 nights or more.
Credit cards are processed upon confirmation of reservation.

Specific site requests for less than 5 nights are honored whenever possible, but not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
Rentals: 30 day notice for full refund of payments, less $10 processing fee.
Less than 30 day notice, payments are not refundable or transferable.
Campsites: 14 day notice required for full refund of payments, less $10 processing fee.
Less than 14 day notice, payments are not refundable or transferable.
No refunds for shortened stays.
