1. Reservation Request Process

This is a reservation request only. Submitting this form does not guarantee a booking.

If space is available, we will contact you to confirm details and collect your deposit. If space is not available, we will let you know immediately.

2. Deposits & Payment Methods

A deposit is required to confirm your stay. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of us contacting you.

3 nights or less: Full Payment required.
4 nights or more: 50% Deposit required.

*If credit card info is not provided within 48 hours of confirmation, your request is null and void.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and ACH payments.

3. Cancellation Policy for Cabins & Sites

Cabins: 21 day notice required for full refund, less $10 processing fee. Less than 21 days notice, payments are not refundable but are transferable through the following season.

Campsites: 14 day notice required for full refund, less $10 processing fee. Less than 14 days notice, payments are not refundable but are transferable through the following season.

*No refunds for shortened stays.
