Throughout the year, the Horseshoe Tournament Committee puts on numerous events for all campers. The proceeds from those events makes this day, the annual horseshoe tournament, possible. This day is packed full of excitement, including a campers favorite, THE RAFFLES!
Open to all campers (seasonal or visitors) we hold numerous raffles for some amazing prizes! Raffle prizes are provides by the Horseshoe Committee, donations from campers, and Barrington Shores Campground.
Tickets
We will have three (3) types of Raffles at the tournament - Preium, Normal and 50/50.
Premium Raffle are prizes with high values ($300+)
Raffle tickets will go on sale starting Friday, August 5th and throughout the Tournament on Saturday, August 6th.

Tickets are sold starting Friday, August 5th by seeing Nick Duda (Site 35) or Mary Hendry (Site 34). Tickets will also be on sale all Saturday (leading up to the raffle) at the Horseshoe Pits

Raffles we be drawn before the final/championship game. Typically the drawing is around 4pm but this can change depending on how many players and how long the games take.

Prize Raffles will be drawn first (in random order), followed by the 50/50, and finally the Premium raffle will be last.
Those that are seasonal campers or happen to be visiting at certain times have likely attended one of many food events sponsored by the Horseshoe Tournament Committee. These events are put on by the campers of Barrington Shores. Proceeds from all paid food events and horseshoe tournament raffles help keep this annual event and future food events going.
ABOUT US
The Barrington Shores Annual Horseshoe Tournament was established in 2012 in memory of Jordan DePrisco. Jordan was a great friend and family to many of the campers. We also honor Robert "Skip" Feegel, a fellow camper and friend to many. We hold this tournament annually as way to remember and pay respect to both Jordan and Skip.
The annual tournament attracts numerous players, many are seasonal campers and some are visitors for the weekend. All are welcome to participate in the tournament.
WHAT MAKES THE TOURNAMENT SO SPECIAL?
This day isn't just about throwing shoes, it's a day to celebrate and participate in many events. Volunteers work very hard to keep our bellies fed and run amazing raffles.

This annual event is only possible because of those that volunteer to make it happen. Everything is funded through registration fees, raffles and donations.
